The Vase is massive and provocative. Although the design is truly utilitarian in that the object comes with a silver leaf inner liner that can be easily removed for cleaning when flowers are used.  Jeffrey Bigelow created this prismatic object of art by abandoning the traditional size and scale of a vase.  "The idea was to make a sculpture that had some functional justification." says Bigelow.
