The Whitehouse View expresses the passion of a perfect obelisk interrupted by the chiseled fracture in the side.  Bigelow started this tradition with the KLD Towers series dinning tables in 1980.  

The Whitehouse View also demonstrates another innovation by Bigelow.  Here, for the first time, he incorporates antiqued silver and gold leaf on the plinth.  He personally hand applies the leaf so to achieve the desired effect.
